Celebrate the Spring food season with The Garden Rooms Executive Chef Paul Richardson-Mackie and his team who will demonstrate how to cook a stunning four course seasonal menu which you can create at home. Giving expert tips, advice and techniques, Paul will offer guidance for preparing each course before the finished dishes are served.

Pan Fried Pigeon Breast, Red Wine and Juniper Risotto, Crispy Parsnips

Main Course

A Taste of Masham Lamb:  Pan-roasted Rack, Slow-cooked Lamb Pie, Charred Leeks, Confit Potatoes, Lamb Sauce


Rhubarb and Rosehip Pannacotta, Vanilla Poached Rhubarb, Ginger Crumb
