Celebrate the food of the season with The Garden Rooms Executive Chef Paul Richardson-Mackie and his team who will demonstrate how to cook a stunning four course menu which you can create at home. Giving expert tips, advice and techniques, Paul will offer guidance for preparing each course before the finished dishes are served.



Crispy lamb, charred asparagus & feta salad, mint gel.


Red wine & juniper pigeon breast, pickled mushrooms, carrot & truffle.


Poached fillet of plaice, prawn & spinach mousse, samphire, confit potatoes, watercress purée.
