Saturday 13th January
A workout, brunch and goal setting event to help get 2018 off to a flying start!
This event will combine all the things Jodie is passionate about and help give you the tools to make leading a healthier lifestyle that little bit more straight forward.
The event will start with a full body workout that is sure to warm you through and shake off a few of those mince pies we have been enjoying over the festive period! Jodie will be showing you some simple but extremely effective exercises all using her secret weapon for the best home workouts (you will get one of these in your goody bag to take home!).
The workout will be followed by a delicious brunch featuring some of Jodie’s favourite dishes (you will also get the recipes in your goody bag!). This will give you a chance to refuel after your workout, chat with others and generally relax after your efforts!
As the beautiful brunch draws to an end, you will start to set some all-important plans for the year ahead. Jodie will also be answering all your fitness questions, helping you set achievable goals (whether this be fitness, diet or anything that is going to contribute to a wonderful 2018) and then planning the best route to achieving these goals.
On departure, don’t forget your goody bag! This will be full of exciting treats for your tummy, skin and body thanks to the wonderful brands that are supporting the event!
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event to complete your sign in form.
Come dressed ready for action! Sportswear and trainers will be best. Water will be provided but feel free to bring your own water bottle.
