COVID-19 Update

Throughout these challenging times, we hope we have been able to adapt to the ever-changing circumstances, trying to strike the right balance between prioritising health and safety whilst delivering the best visitor experience we can.  We  continue to do our best to make a visit to us safe, comfortable and enjoyable for all and would like to confirm that we will be continuing with the following COVID related systems:

In line with Government and Public Health England advice, we are encouraging all staff and visitors to wear a face covering when on the premises however all our front of house staff in The Garden Rooms will be wearing face coverings when in contact with customers.

The Cafe and Bistro: The current distancing of tables in the Café and Bistro will be unchanged and table service will  continue throughout.  For  current menus  please click here. Booking is strongly advised, whether you are intending to have a meal or just a drink. Bookings can be made by calling 01969 621146, emailing [email protected] or completing a booking enquiry form.

The Auction Centre: You are welcome to view and attend sales and no appointment is necessary although we have large, spacious premises, we will continue to monitor the number of attendees to sale viewing and sale days.  Complimentary auction valuations are provided each weekday from 8.30am-5pm (preferably by appointment).
